Who this is for

Three businesses. Three different messes.

If one of these sounds like your week, the fix is simpler than you think.

Not sure which one you are? Most people are two of the three. See it working for others.

Just you, working from home

Doing everything from your phone, and things are starting to slip.

You take the booking, write it down, remember to confirm it, remember who paid, and remember to follow up. It works right up until it doesn't. I put it all in one place that takes minutes a day to run.

What that means in practice: one small system instead of ten apps and a notebook.

What you get

  • Bookings and client details in one list
  • Confirmation and reminder messages sent for you
  • Every payment marked paid or outstanding
  • Opens on your phone, works on any signal

You've got staff now

The business is growing, but the admin is growing faster.

Two people keeping two lists is already a mistake waiting to happen. Now the order, the stock it used and the invoice it generated are all the same record — so the numbers agree with each other and you stop finding problems at month end.

What that means in practice: orders, stock and money that finally add up.

What you get

  • Orders and jobs with a status everyone can see
  • Stock that counts itself down as you sell
  • Deposits and balances worked out automatically
  • Invoices ready to send, not typed out at night

Established practice or company

You're excellent at what you do, and almost invisible doing it.

Referrals arrive, someone searches your name, and finds nothing to reassure them. I build the presence that turns a search into an enquiry — and the systems behind it that make a big operation look as organised as it is.

What that means in practice: a front door as credible as your work.

What you get

  • A site that reads as professional, not templated
  • Found by the people already looking for you
  • Enquiries captured around the clock
  • Room to grow into more systems later

How we work together

Four steps, no jargon.

The same sequence every time, scaled to the size of the job.

1. A conversation, not a questionnaire

You talk, I listen and ask questions. By the end of it the time-waster is usually obvious — and you keep that insight whether or not we work together.

2. A written plan and a fixed price

You get the scope in plain language: what gets built, what it replaces, when it's ready and what it costs. No surprises halfway through.

3. You see it as it's built

A working link you can click through while it's still being built, so you can say “that's not how we do it” early instead of at the end.

4. It's yours, and I stay reachable

Handover with a walkthrough, and a support window afterwards. You own the accounts and your data — never held to ransom.

Where to start

Three steps, and the chasing stops.

Every project starts the same way: finding the step that costs you the most, and taking it off your plate.

01

We find where your day goes

A conversation, not a questionnaire. You talk me through how a booking or an order actually moves today. The time-wasters show themselves in about ten minutes.

02

I build it around how you already work

Not a system you have to change your habits for. Same steps you do now, just captured once and carried through — so nothing depends on you remembering it.

03

It runs while you get on with the work

Once it is live, the repetitive part belongs to the system. You open one screen in the morning and see exactly what today needs from you.

Show me the admin you dread. That's where we start.

One message. Tell me what gets missed, done twice, or done at 9pm — I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth fixing.

One tap, no forms. I usually reply the same day. Rather send an email?
